U11 Mercia Regional Athletics Meeting – Thursday 13th June

Well done to all the girls who competed at the Merica Regional Athletics, we had some of our best ever results. Four girls have qualified for the National Finals which are held at the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham on Monday 1st July. They are:

Bethan – Long jump

Agatha – 1500m

Isabella – 800m

Jessica – Javelin

Huge congratulations to Agatha who set a Year 5 1500 meter record in a time of 5 minutes 42.3 seconds and also to Izzie who broke her own 800 meter meeting record with a new time of 2 minutes 30.3 seconds.
