Visiting a Living Rainforest

Year 6 had a wonderful time at The Living Rainforest on Thursday 5th March. They had a tour of the two main greenhouses on the theme of sustainability, learning about how important and delicate rainforest environments are. In the afternoon, the girls had more time to explore in smaller groups. They particularly enjoyed viewing the many animals there and trying to spot the elusive sloth, Cinnamon, hidden up in the branches of the tallest trees. The girls are now well poised to complete their Rainforest projects, armed with fresh inspiration.
