U11B v U11A Rye: Player of the match: Maisie and Elsie

Headington started this game brightly with some excellent attacking play. Dana found a gap in the Rye defensive line and was able to score early on in the game. After a prolonged period of attacking play, Rye started to create chances on the counter-attacking and caught Headington off guard and were able to score just before half time. The second half saw the game go from end to end and there was some good defending by Headington. A very even game – well played everyone.
