PGL 2024

Year 5 thoroughly enjoyed their recent trip to PGL. They did a whole host of team building activities including climbing, archery, raft building and orienteering and even enjoyed a special visit from Mrs Jane Crouch who really enjoyed the canoeing session on the lake. Here is a little more in the words of Ana:

“PGL was amazing. It is a place where schools can book dormitories and stay a couple of nights as a residential. Children from all ages can come here too. There are loads of superb activities like the giant swing (for three children to go on together) and canoeing. PGL is where children push their limits and overcome their fears. Although children are encouraged to join in, no-one has to do anything they don’t want to do.

All of us had a great time and also thoroughly enjoyed the food. With breakfast of baked beans, porridge, cereal, hash browns, sausages or bacon as well as toast with a range of different jams, marmalade and butter, a fantastic lunch of different curries and meats, a scrumptious dinner of pasta and delicious desserts like donuts and cakes, us kids are thoroughly energised for the thrilling activities like the zipwire and the climbing wall.”
