Pets at school

Year 1 pupils were very excited to welcome a selection of their pets to school for a special event.

The pets on show included three dogs, two cats and a pony.

The children learnt how to take care of each animal, why it is important to care for each pet in a different way and discussed which pet they might like in the future and why.
