Prep girls have been sharing their culinary skills with neighbours – in a Covid-safe way – to mark Mental Health Week.
Emma (6A) and Charlie (4P) baked cakes for their neighbours, giving the girls an opportunity to check in on them and have a quick socially-distanced chat.
They tripled a mango cake recipe and frosted it with a much healthier option of strained Greek yogurt mixed with mango puree and vegan gelatin.
Baking is clearly a popular pastime for some of our girls and the Cookery Club have been busy baking some delicious cakes during lockdown. As part of the Great Fire of London project, 2H have been finding out about bread making and tackling the art of baking bread for themselves with some fabulous results.
