Headington Rye Oxford Annual Reunion 2025
On Saturday 7th June, Headington Rye Oxford welcomed more than 160 alumni and former staff back to school for the School’s annual alumni reunion.
The day was filled with laughter and nostalgia as Headingtonians and Ryetonians reconnected with old friends and former teachers, sharing stories and remembering their time at School.
The event began with a warm welcome from Headmistress Mrs Caroline Jordan, who greeted guests as they arrived for a drinks reception. This relaxed start gave attendees the chance to mingle, look through old school photos, and reconnect.
Following the reception, everyone gathered in the Dining Room for a sit-down lunch, where guests were seated with fellow alumni from their graduating year.
The atmosphere was lively and familiar. Guests were joined by the Headington Rye 2025 Head Girl Trio, offering a lovely opportunity for former students to hear about life at the School today.
In the afternoon, family members and friends joined in the celebrations. Guests enjoyed guided tours of both the Senior School and Prep School, followed by an afternoon tea, where conversations continued over a selection of delicious cakes and sandwiches.
Miss Izzy Lingard, Development Manager and alumna said: “It was lovely to help organise this year’s reunion while also celebrating my own 10-year anniversary.
“The event is always a highlight and it’s great to see just how strong the connection is between our alumni and the School.”
