Eco Friendly Fashion Show

Year 6 have been researching the fashion industry and the effect of fast fashion on the environment. They all learned to use a sewing machine and inspired by the “make do and mend” movement of the Second World War, they created fabulous outfits fit for the cat walk. This culminated in a fantastic fashion show for their parents and school friends on Tuesday 11th February. Year 6 challenged us all to think carefully about the clothes that we buy and to have a go at up cycling our own clothes.
