Cross Country Relays at St Hugh’s
Cross Country Relays St Hugh’s Prep School – Thursday 7th November
Headington competed in the annual cross country event at St Hugh’s Prep School. It is always a great event as it is a ‘proper’ cross country course with hills and lots of mud! In each age group there were 11 teams and we started well with the Under 11 team of Clara, Emma and Agatha coming home in 3rd. The Under 10 team of Sophie, Elsa and Chrissy ran a very well paced race also finishing in 3rd place overall. In the Under 9s Emily, Pia and Dana worked hard to finish 4th with the B team of Alex, Millie and Xanthe coming home in 10th place. In the
Under 8’s the A team of Abby, Anneliese finished 3rd and the B team of Charlotte, Mairi and Nayla finished 10th. The afternoon finished with hot dogs-well done to all the girls who took part. A great afternoon of running!
