Chocolate tea party

To round off their topic all about chocolate, the Year 3 pupils stood up in front of their parents to tell them about everything that they had learnt about chocolate over the term.

From the origins of chocolate, to their trip to Cadbury’s World, to the effect on local communities that grow the cocoa bean to the variety of flavours that could be added to a chocolate bar, it was a feast for the senses.

The children then showed their parents the booklets that they have created with work from across the term and presented them with a box, crafted by their fair hands and filled with delicious chocolate that they made earlier in the week.
