Ancient Egypt Day

Year 4 girls were fully immersed into life as Ancient Egyptians during their Portals to the Past workshop on Thursday 17th June.

Led by the fantastic guide and Egyptologist, Dr Worrall, Year 4 tried their hand at Egyptian Maths, played an authentic Egyptian board game, learnt about mummification, re-enacted an Egyptian story and even went hunting along the Nile!

There was also a fabulous array of costumes – from Egyptian gods, to Pharaohs, to Egyptologists.
