An Inspector Calls

The English Department was delighted to embark on the first theatre trip of the academic year on Wednesday 28 September. Fifty U5 English Literature pupils visited Milton Keynes Theatre to watch a production of JB Priestley’s ‘An Inspector Calls’.

This famous production – which has been running since 1992 – features an extraordinary set. The girls not only enjoyed the theatrical experience, but benefited from the opportunity to fully appreciate the power of Priestley’s message, which was enhanced by the visual spectacle.
