Meet Nayla
Nayla joined Headington in Year 2 from a local primary school. As well as being an enthusiastic artist, she also swims and enjoys Athletics, embroidery and Drama clubs.
On Art at Headington
I really like drawing, landscapes and I really like to be creative. I just like how you can express yourself with something different with your own type of art. I like abstract art particularly.
On what she enjoys at school
I really like all the subjects in a way! The teachers are really nice. Everyone thinks I am compassionate and I think that’s really nice of them to say that. I’ve made lots friends here while at my old school I found it quite hard.
On her goals for the future
I want to be in some of the sports teams and play matches for Cricket. I would like to learn different art techniques, not just the ones I already know. I’m also really excited about going to the senior school, I’ve seen the fashion and design work there and I’d really like to do that.
