Cups and Colours achievements

Achievements of every area of school life and beyond were recognised in our termly Cups and Colours assembly.

Academic progress and attainment, achievement in a host of different subjects, excellence in Art, Dance, Drama, Music and Sport along with house, charitable, outward bound and CCF endeavours were among those recognised.

The individual achievement of the term for U3-U5 was awarded to Georgia, U5. Her poem ‘This is a war not a wedding’ was selected by a panel of judges chaired by Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy for inclusion in the ‘Armistice 100: Schools Poetry Collection’. In the Sixth Form, Caitlin, L6, was awarded individual achievement of the term for coming first in her category at the Oxfordshire Classical Reading competition

The group achievement of the term was awarded to Armana, L6, and Claudia, Sabina and Evie, all U5. Between them, they rowed 100km on a rowing machine to raise money for World Vision, collecting an incredible £2,219.63 for the cause.
