Several Open Events take place at Headington each year, and we offer fast-track online booking for each one. Please note that booking is essential for all Senior School Open Mornings, and is recommended for all other events. Benefits of pre-booking include:

Senior School Open Mornings: Booking essential

Open Mornings take place each term. Each event runs from 10-12.30, offering prospective pupils and their parents the opportunity to experience a typical day at school. They are relaxed and informal occasions, suitable for school and sixth form entrants who are seeing the school for the first time as well as for families who have visited before.
Each Open Morning gives you the opportunity to see the school in action. You will tour the school with a current pupil, visit a boarding house if you wish to do so, and meet senior staff members. The Headmistress, Mrs Coutts, will also give a talk followed by open Q&A session for all parents.

Prep School Open Afternoons

Our Open Afternoons run from 2.00-3.15 p.m. and offer prospective parents and their daughters a great opportunity to see the Prep School in action. In the course of the afternoon vistors tour the school with current pupils, see lessons taking place, meet staff members and chat with the Head, Miss Andrea Bartlett. Due to limited places, booking is highly recommended.

Sixth Form Options Evenings

Sixth Form Options evenings are held in October each year, and offer prospective sixth formers the opportunity to meet with sixth form tutors and chat informally about subject choices. The next Options Evening will take place in 2009.
