Recent Achievements
Well done to Headington's Under 12 A team, who emerged as County Champions! We were delighted when a member of the Lower 4 was selected as one of the few players to go forward to the next stage of Player Development in the South Region Programme, following a superb performance in the U14 County Netball Tournament.
Captain’s summary
"I have been playing netball at Headington since I was 9 years old and have loved every minute! I was really pleased when I found out that Netball is one of the major sports at the senior school because it meant I could continue to compete and represent the school. I have played all through the school since U3 and am still playing with some of my teammates from then! Netball practices are held every week, once at lunchtime and one after school.
"All abilities are welcome so if you’ve never played before and are keen to try something new having fun at the same time, or have played before and want to improve, come along, have some fun and get fit at the same time!" Georgina, L6
