Headington School in days gone by Headingtonians' Day

Headingtonians

Welcome to The Headingtonians, the association for former pupils and staff of Headington School in Oxford.

When pupils eventually move on from Headington, our hope is that they will consider themselves to be forever a part of the Headington ‘family’. This is no less true of members of staff. The Headingtonians association is the heart of that family. It currently has 4,000 members spanning several generations and many countries. The raison d’etre of The Headingtonians is to allow pupils and staff to keep in touch with the school and each other after they have left. Every member receives a copy of the annual Newsletter, along with invitations to school events and reunions.

What makes the association special is the personal interplay between Headingtonians and other members of the Headington ‘family’ – current pupils, current staff, and parents alike. For example, many Headingtonians are welcomed back to school on a regular basis to share career advice with senior pupils. The experiences of one generation nourish the enthusiasm and ambition of another.

So please read on, and I hope we can welcome you back to school in the very near future.
